I was due to have the tyres fitted on Saturday morning but received a call from the company advising that the tyres had turned up and they would happily fit them for me on Friday.This was a better time for me and the tyres were fitted onto my vehicle within an hour.Excellent service and at a very good price Rob , Crawley

I'm very impressed with F1 Autocentres; my second trip. I've found the branch and Head Office staff to be very helpful and genuine with it too. It's a clear improvement on Kwik Fit - cheaper and better service. My children also enjoyed the visit as the waiting lounge gives a good view of what's going on. I used the Crawley branch and would welcome expansion into my home town of Horsham. I'll be back. Adam , Crawley

New to the area so don't know any garages. You were suggested by a work colleague who'd used you for the first time for some tyres and was positive about the experience. Appreciated the easy online MOT booking process. Friendly staff and finished in a timely manner. The service was brilliant and the additional charge for wheel alignment reasonable as I had booked my tyres change online. The price of the tyres are the most competitive and I would use F1 again and recommend. My only criticism is the waiting room which could provide a cup of tea or coffee while waiting and the old TV which could only provide one channel. Thank you very much F1. Peter , Harrow

The staff at the center were spot on and I left happy (albeit with a big hole in my wallet) Something that would be nice would be the offer of viewing the faults reported. I would find it uncomfortable to ask but if someone were to say 'come and have a look at the car I will show you' when there is a large bill it would be easier to say yes to and would provide reassurance. My car was booked in for a MOT, and failed. However the staff were very helpful and managed to get all the repairs fixed there and then and then put it back through the MOT. I would recommend the Barnwell Road store to anyone,couldnt ask for better staff Nicola , Cambridge

Been to this centre many times with several cars, always had reliable & helpful service. I feel that I have never been charged for anything that was not required to be done. In my opinion the best fast fit centre. Very good value. I will be bringing my car in for a service, as it works out much better value than the main dealer, more convenient too. Robert , Cambridge
