I visited your Brentwood branch today for the first time, after making an appointment to replace 2 tyres - what excellent helpful service and politeness ! A big thanks to all. I was made aware of tracking - I had it checked. A fault was found, so had it corrected - plus I purchased a pair of windscreen wipers. I will return in July, for an annual service and MOT. I have used f1 Autocentre in Maidstone for the last 3 years. For the past 5 years I have been going to your centre in Chelmsford, for MOT's services, etc. I would like to say that the level of service at this centre is fantastic. I wanted to take some time to send my thanks to the team there. These guys are great at explaining what needs doing, presenting evidence, and more importantly, if it don't need doing they tell you as well, no rip off, hard sell or blinding folk with science. These days this level of service is required to ensure return custom, and I am evidence that these guys really put customers first, and this needs to be commended. The vehicle needed a re-test on it's MOT which is why it wasn't ready quite as quickly as I'd originally hoped. Ewan explained why and managed to squeeze my car in so I did get it back the same day. I only recently discovered Formula One Garage when I realised my MOT was overdue! I rang them up in a panic only because they were near to my place of work and it would be more convenient. They sorted me out on the spot, there and then! I was so impressed with the quick, professional and courteous service. Unfortunately, some garages can still be intimidating places for a woman to go in on her own, even if she knows how to do an oil drain, check water and use a dipstick!
