Contracts & In-Centre Retail Orders

  1. The Contract Between Us
    1. The retail services are operated, maintained, and owned by Formula One Autocentres Limited, (the "Company," "we," or "us"). The Company is registered in England under company number 1437311 with its registered address at Aston House, Boulton Road, Stevenage SG1 4QX.
    2. Please read these conditions ("Retail Conditions") carefully, as they set out the rules for how the Company operates and supplies the goods which you may purchase in-centre. By placing an order in one of our centres, you accept and agree to be bound by these conditions, which shall govern the agreement between us.
    3. The Company reserves the right to change these Retail Conditions at any time without notice, by making such changes available in-centre. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the Retail Conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of our in-centre services following any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised conditions.
    If you do not accept these Retail Conditions, you may not place an order in-centre.
  2. CONDITIONS
    1. These Retail Conditions govern your use of our in-centre service and all orders placed by you for goods at our centres.
    2. Nothing in these Retail Conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
  3. IN-CENTRE ORDERS
    1. All orders placed by you in one of our centres will be subject to these Retail Conditions.
    2. All in-centre orders shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the goods. The Company is under no obligation to accept your in-centre order (whether or not the order has been acknowledged).
    3. You shall be responsible to the Company for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of the in-centre order submitted by you and for providing the Company with any necessary information relating to the goods within a sufficient time to enable the Company to perform the contract in accordance with its terms. The Company shall incur no liability as a result of any inaccurate information supplied by you.
    4. All orders must be fulfilled within 12 months of the order date. If an order is not fulfilled within this timeframe, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a refund or alternative product.
  4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
    1. Any order placed by you for goods in one of our centres is an offer by you to purchase the goods selected in your order. No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any goods until we have received your order and accepted it (which we may do at our discretion).
    2. We will provide an order acknowledgment upon receipt of your order. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order.
    3. If we cannot accept your order (for example, but not limited to, because the goods are found to be unavailable), we will notify you in person or by telephone.
    4. In the event that, after we accept your order, we discover that the goods ordered are unavailable, or there was a pricing error, incorrect description, or other issue with the goods, we reserve the right not to supply the goods ordered and to offer you a refund or an alternative product.
  5. SPECIFICATIONS
    1. The Company has made every reasonable effort to ensure that information provided in-centre is accurate. However, slight variations may occur from time to time. Accordingly, any typographical, clerical, or other error or omission in any information, price list, or documentation provided by the Company shall be subject to correction without liability to the Company.
    2. For the purpose of the contract, the quantity, quality, description, and specification of the goods shall be substantially as detailed in the confirmation.
    3. The Company reserves the right to alter the goods or any related specifications (whether such specifications have been submitted by you in the in-centre order or otherwise) and designs at any time, without notice, as a result of changes in law or at the sole discretion of the Company.
    4. For purchases of two or more budget tyres, the tyres supplied may not be of the same brand or model.
