I took my car in for an mot. They said they couldn't do it because of the amount of stuff I had in the boot. They explained that they needed to check that the floor of the boot was sound. I rebooked mot . When I go back, boot will be empty. Staff were very nice towards me and not demeaning.

Tried to take my car in on the Thursday but they were fully booked. They booked me in for the first appointment on Saturday which suited me fine
