From start to finish the experience was very polite and professional, my car required more work than originally scheduled but I received a phone explaining everything and I was more than happy for the work to go ahead. When I collected my car all the work was explained again which put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend f1 in Gloucester to anyone.
