Fantastic customer service! They recently fit two front tyres to my car & then the cars traction control started kicking in for no reason when driven over 45mph. Kieran & his team went above & beyond to try & diagnose the problem & check whether it had been caused by the work they'd carried out & promised to rectify it if it was. The tyres were re-fit, re-balanced & re-traced, but no fault was found & after checking each tyre's pressure was correct, the problem appears to have resolved itself. This level of customer service is reassuring & why I'll be returning when I need more tyres!
