I took my car in for an mot. They said they couldn't do it because of the amount of stuff I had in the boot. They explained that they needed to check that the floor of the boot was sound. I rebooked mot . When I go back, boot will be empty. Staff were very nice towards me and not demeaning.

Didn’t get the winter service or the free item as per the booking but not an issue. Have booked again for wheel alignment.
