A very friendly, sociable work place, other sites that I have used before, in a way made me feel uncomfortable, probably never heard of people skills, or communication, something like, a dentist or doctors waiting room, you are just a number, but I felt like part of formula one's team, it seemed obvious to me that "all" the staff liked being there, it was a great experience, I shall return......

John and his coworkers were extremely helpful and informative on my day of visit. They made me feel well supported as a customer with little experience on tyres, brakes and discs. I had also learnt invaluable lessons from them on the above matters. I had a great customer experience, from purchasing tyres to face-to-face customer service, and will definitely come back again in the future for any car repairs/services.

Even though I reached earlier than my booked 230pm appointment was received warmly and car tyres done quickly as I had indicated I had a long 150miles drive to North cambs ahead
