I was unsure about using Formula One Strood following a bad experience at another centre however Strood were brilliant. Very helpful, polite and honest. Will defiantly use this store again.

I had a flat tyre, I phoned the Dunstable branch and they found me an alternative tyre and were able to help me straight away. Dom was very polite and helpful, and my tyre was replaced very quickly and at a good price.

Very pleased with overall service, although one member of staff was swearing when discussing something with his colleague. He was told to watch language by his colleague but didn't give the best impression when I first walked into office, and there was another customer in there at time too.
