I've always used Halfords auto centre for my cars service and MOT. I've recently had issues with the work they've done. My partner has always used formula one so I decided to give you a go. Glad I did. More than happy with every part of the experience and will definitely be returning.
My car went in for an MOT, unfortunately it failed however the staff were excellent and found the required part before the car. Note that this was during the Christmas holiday period and all availability for the part was ‘not in stock’ across all suppliers. Somehow their excellent staff found one and did an excellent job on the vehicle. Many thanks all around.
Got stitched up by a mobile tyre fitting company and ended up with a tyre being delivered but not fitted. Popped into the Swindon branch, fitted the tyre with no quibble. So satisfied, I went back later that day and got the tyre on other side replaced, and still worked out cheaper than the mobile company delivering just the tyre!
