The emails sent out to me both asked for me to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment which made it 15 minutes before the centre was open. Fortunately the shop manager was there and had opened. I thought it was a bit unfair for him to be having to deal with customers before the shop opening but he was nonetheless very friendly and accommodating. Maybe it is something that needs thinking about so the staff aren’t having to deal with people while either trying to open and set up or finish off the previous days work
