By participating in the Prize Draw Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

Promoter: Formula One Autocentres, Boulton Road, Stevenage SG1 4QX. Please do not send entries to this address.

Eligibility: The Prize Draws are open to UK residents aged 17 years or over. Employees and the immediate families of the promoter, participating retailers, and their agents, anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter this promotion. To qualify for entry into the draw, entrants must either:

• Make an online purchase at f1autocentres.co.uk
• ‘Like’ the Formula One Autocentres Facebook page and share the promotional post
• Follow the @f1autocentres Twitter Account and Retweet the promotional tweet

All qualifying entries will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw.

The Promotion consists of two separate Prize Draw sessions:

Prize Draw 1 – For purchases made at f1autocentres.co.uk and entries made via Facebook and Twitter between 5pm Monday 22nd November 2021 – 4:59pm Sunday 28th November 2021

Prize Draw 2 – For purchases made at f1autocentres.co.uk and entries made via Facebook and Twitter between 5:01pm Sunday 28th November 2021 – midnight Monday 29th November 2021

The Prize: The winning prize in each Prize Draw is £100 worth of Amazon vouchers.

The Draw: One prize draw will take place immediately following the closure of each entry session.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected under independent supervision using a computer system producing random verifiable results.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified within 72 hours of the draw date:

If the winning entrant is via an online purchase the winner will be sent an e-mail to the address supplied at point of order

If the winning entrant is via Facebook the winner will be sent a direct message to the profile used to like and share the post

If the winning entrant is via Twitter the winner will be sent a direct message to profile used to follow and retweet the post

Following that, the winner has 72 hours in which to claim the prize and supply all relevant detail. Once all relevant details are supplied the prize will be dispatched within 3 – 5 working days via Royal Mail First Class signed for delivery. If the prize is not claimed within this time, then the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner in accordance with these rules.

General Points: No cash alternative is available in whole or in part except, in the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prize alternatives of equal or greater value or replace the prize with an alternative of an Amazon gift voucher for the equivalent value of specified prize. The Promoter will not be liable for any cancellations, alterations or modifications to the promotion as detailed above or the prizes for any reason which falls outside its reasonable control. Prizes cannot be sold or transferred. The prize will be delivered direct to the winner.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms & conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms & conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

Full names of the winners will be available on request for a period of 3 months following the closing date of the Prize Draw session by sending a self-addressed envelope to: Simon Jennings, Formula One Autocentres, Boulton Road, Stevenage SG1 4QX. By participating in the promotion you agree to your data being handled in this manner. Your data will not be used for any other purpose unless you have given express permission.

The Promoter's decision is final regarding the selection of the winner and no correspondence in respect thereof will be entered into.

Entries that do not comply with these terms & conditions, or where entrants are found to be abusing the promotion in any way, will result in the disqualification of all relevant entries.

Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
