£250 Formula One Autocentres Voucher - Terms & conditions

By participating in the Prize Draw Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

Promoter: Formula One Autocentres, Boulton Road, Stevenage SG1 4QX. Please do not send entries to this address.

Eligibility: The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 17 years or over. Employees and the immediate families of the promoter, participating retailers, and their agents, anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter this promotion.

To qualify for entry into the draw(s), entrants must make an online booking at www.f1autocentres.co.uk, only at the new centre(s) advertising this competition.

All qualifying entries will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw unless you choose to opt out when prompted during the purchase process.

The Prize: The winning prize for the draw(s) is one £250 Formula One Autocentres voucher.

The Draw: The Prize Draw(s) will take place following the closure of the promotion. The promotion closes when the special opening offers have been withdrawn from sale from the new centre(s), or when the first 100 bookings have been achieved, whichever comes first. Formula One Autocentres reserve the right to withdraw these special offers at any time.

Winner Selection: A winner will be selected under independent supervision using a computer system producing verifiable random results. The winner will be randomly selected from the first 100 online bookings made at the new centre(s), via the contact details supplied during the time of booking.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified within 72 hours of the draw. Following that, the winner will have 72 hours in which to claim the prize and supply all relevant details. If the prize is not claimed within this time, then the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner in accordance with these rules.

General Points: No cash alternative is available in whole or in part except, in the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners. The Promoter will not be liable for any cancellations, alterations or modifications to the promotion as detailed above or the prize for any reason which falls outside its reasonable control. Prize cannot be sold or transferred.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winner, and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms & conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms & conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

By participating in the Promotion the entrants hereby grants and assigns the Promoter the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, re-use, publish, re-publish, publicly display, perform, transmit, exhibit, and reproduce by name, country of origin, statements, photographs, or other visual representations or likeness, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other material, including without limitation, text, photographs, or images, in any medium including, but not limited to the internet and other electronic media, and for any purposes, including but not limited to advertising, publicity, promotion, and trade, throughout the UK, ROI and the rest of the world without restriction as to manner, frequency, or duration of usage or any other purpose whatsoever in connection with the sale and marketing of the promoter's products.

Full name of the winner will be available on request for a period of 3 months following the closure of the Prize Draw by sending a self-addressed envelope to: Simon Jennings, Formula One Autocentres, Boulton Road, Stevenage SG1 4QX. By participating in the promotion, you agree to your data being handled in this manner. Your data will not be used for any other purpose unless you have given express permission.

The promoter's decision is final regarding the selection of the winner and no correspondence in respect thereof will be entered into.

Entries that do not comply with these terms & conditions, or where entrants are found to be abusing the promotion in any way, will result in the disqualification of all relevant entries.

Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
