I had pre-ordered my tyre and was happy to have it changed but the chap working took extra time to show me the problem and what was happening to cause my tyre to wear out on one side. I really appreciated his approach and I always feel comfortable going to F1 which is important to me as a female customer. Will definitely go again, already recommended it.
