I took my car in for an mot. They said they couldn't do it because of the amount of stuff I had in the boot. They explained that they needed to check that the floor of the boot was sound. I rebooked mot . When I go back, boot will be empty. Staff were very nice towards me and not demeaning.
Jack was absolutely fantastic, he explained everything to me in a way that didn’t make me feel stupid. He answered all my questions. When I got home I had changed my mind about the type of tires that I wanted on my car, despite having already ordered some in, he was happy and understood why I changed my mind.
