Had organised for Halfords to come to my home and fit the same tyre that I had fitted by F1 but they said that it was the wrong tyre and I needed to organise this being changed. Booking online was brilliant, and the customer service at the Ipswich branch was absolutely spot on. I was greeted by the guy at the desk who was professional and friendly. When I returned to collect my car after four new tires, I was then greeted by the same chap who gave exceptional customer service, finished up the transaction, and acknowledged me as I returned to my car. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough.
