Terms & conditions

By participating in the Prize Draw Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

The Promoter: Formula One Autocentres, Boulton Road, Stevenage SG1 4QX. Please do not send entries to this address.

Eligibility: The 3 Prize Draws are open to UK residents aged 17 years or over. Employees and the immediate families of the promoter, participating retailers, and their agents, anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter this promotion. To qualify for entry into the draw, entrants must make an online purchase at www.f1autocentres.co.uk

Only online purchases made at www.f1autocentres.co.uk will qualify.

All qualifying entries will be automatically entered into a Weekly Prize Draw. The qualifying entries automatically entered in to the X3 Weekly Prize Draws will also be automatically entered in to the X1 Grand Prize Draw.

The Promotion consists of four separate Prize Draw sessions. The date of submission of any entry will determine which Weekly Prize Draw it is entered into:

1. Week 1: For purchases made at www.f1autocentres.co.uk between 00:01 hrs Friday 1st December & Friday 8th December 9:30 hrs 2023.
2. Week 2: For purchases made at www.f1autocentres.co.uk between 09:31 hrs Friday 8th December & Friday 15th December 9:30 hrs 20023.
3. Week 3: For purchases made at www.f1autocentres.co.uk between 09:31 hrs Friday 15th December & Friday 22nd December 9:30 hrs 2023.
4. Grand Prize Draw: Drawn from the total qualifying entries that are automatically entered in to the 3 Prize Draws (for purchases made at www.f1autocentres.co.uk between 00:01 hrs Friday 1st December & 9:30 hrs Friday 22nd December 2023.)

The Prize:

1. Prize Draw Week 1 – x1 Samsung 32 inch TV RRP £229
2. Prize Draw Week 2 – x1 GoPro Mini RRP £249
3. Prize Draw Week 3 – x1 Dukeshill Star of Wonder Christmas Hamper RRP £225
4. Grand Prize Draw – £500 pre-paid credit card

The Draw: Three (Weekly) Prize Draws will take place immediately following the closure of each entry session. The Fourth (Grand) Prize Draw will take place on Friday 22nd December 2023.

Winner Selection: At each Prize Draw, a winner will be selected under independent supervision using a computer system producing random verifiable results.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified within 72 hours of each draw date via e-mail or phone call to the email address or phone number supplied at point of order. Following that, the winner has 72 hours in which to claim the prize and supply all relevant details. Once all relevant details are supplied the prize will be dispatched within 2 – 3 weeks via an Amazon or equivalent currier. If the prize is not claimed within this time, then the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner in accordance with these rules.

General Points: No cash alternative is available in whole or in part except, in the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prize alternatives of equal or greater value or replace the prize with an alternative of an Amazon gift voucher for the equivalent value of specified prize. The Promoter will not be liable for any cancellations, alterations or modifications to the promotion as detailed above or the prizes for any reason which falls outside its reasonable control. Prizes cannot be sold or transferred. The prize will be delivered direct to the winner.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms & conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms & conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

Full names of the winners will be available on request for a period of 3 months following the closing date of each Prize Draw session by sending a self-addressed envelope to: Simon Jennings, Formula One Autocentres, Boulton Road, Stevenage SG1 4QX. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to your data being handled in this manner. Your data will not be used for any other purpose unless you have given express permission.

The Promoter's decision is final regarding the selection of winners and no correspondence in respect thereof will be entered into.

Entries that do not comply with these terms & conditions, or where entrants are found to be abusing the promotion in any way, will result in the disqualification of all relevant entries.

Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
