I've used Formula One Autocentres for a number of years and wouldn't go anywhere else. There are no hidden costs. Any additional work is recommended and quoted and only carried out with the approval of the customer.
Provided helpful advice on the recommended frequency of replacement of auxiliary drive belt when I phoned before the day of my booked service. They replaced belt as an extra cost during service and showed me old damaged belt after the service to justify replacement.
