How do I order tyres from Formula One Autocentres?

Go to the Tyre Search page, enter your registration or tyre size and choose from the tyres available. We would strongly advise that you also double check the tyres on your vehicle as some vehicles may vary from the original manufacturer specification. You will also need to select any relevant fitments such as Extra Load or Run Flat tyres, or fitments for specific vehicles such as BMW/Mercedes/Audi.

Once you've selected your tyres, choose your nearest centre, a convenient fitting date and either an AM or PM slot. You will then be asked to complete an online payment via Credit/Debit Card or PayPal. Once the payment is complete you will be emailed a confirmation with your order details. The tyres you have ordered will be sent directly to the chosen fitting centre. We regret that we do not operate a home-fitting service.

When can I attend the centre for fitting?

When ordering online, you can choose a fitting date two days (or more) in advance. This gives us time to process the order and source the tyres. If you require tyres urgently please call your local centre – they may have a suitable tyre in stock.

I’ve placed my order and received a confirmation email, what now?

As soon as you have received the confirmation email we will source the tyres and they will be ordered to the chosen centre for your appointment date. Any issues with availability and delivery dates will be communicated by email/telephone. No further communication with regards to time slots will be made as tyres are fitted on a first come first served basis within the AM/PM time slot, unless you have booked a specified time (only available at some centres).

I haven’t received my order confirmation email

If you haven’t received an email confirming your order, please ensure you check your Junk Email or Spam folder. If you still haven’t received the confirmation email an hour after ordering, please call 01438 746633 during the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday or email [email protected] so we can confirm the order has been received. If you have paid via PayPal you can also check your PayPal account to see if the transaction has gone through.

I've ordered the wrong tyre by mistake, how do I change my order?

Don't worry there is no charge. Please email [email protected] as soon as you can with your order reference number (which will start ‘WEB’) and the changes you would like to make, and we'll do the rest. Please note, we may have to change the fitting date depending on when you let us know. There may also be a price difference which can be taken over the telephone by credit/debit card.

I need to cancel my appointment, how do I do this and is there a charge? When will I be refunded and how long will it take?

If you wish to cancel or re-arrange an appointment there is no charge.

For cancelling an appointment/tyres please email us at [email protected] with your order number (which should start ‘WEB’) and we will organise a refund and email a confirmation when it has been done. Refunds are processed on the same day if the request is received before 3pm (Monday – Friday). Requests received after this time will not be processed until the following working day. Please also note if you have paid by credit/debit card the funds may take up to 3 working days depending on your payment provider. If you have paid by PayPal, the refund will appear in your PayPal account without delay.

What does fully fitted include?

There are no hidden extras; our price includes your tyres, fitting at one of our Formula One Autocentres convenient to you, as well as providing tyre valves, wheel balancing and the disposal of your old tyres. Payment will be taken when the order is placed.
