A very friendly, sociable work place, other sites that I have used before, in a way made me feel uncomfortable, probably never heard of people skills, or communication, something like, a dentist or doctors waiting room, you are just a number, but I felt like part of formula one's team, it seemed obvious to me that "all" the staff liked being there, it was a great experience, I shall return...... Unfortunately when I got home I noticed both wheel trim had been fitted incorrectly. I had to remove the wheel nuts and fit correctly
