Camberley Launch Offers Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Prize Draw Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

Eligibility: The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 17 years or over. Employees and the immediate families of the promoter, participating retailers, and their agents, anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter this promotion. To qualify for entry into the draw, entrants must register their name and contact details by completing the form on the page https://www.f1autocentres.co.uk/camberley-launch of the f1autocentres.co.uk website.

All qualifying entries will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw.

The Prize: 1 of 10x £25 Formula One Autocentres Vouchers - This gift voucher is only valid for a single transaction and is not exchangeable with cash or another voucher.

The gift voucher will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen, and will be considered null and void if tampered.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value as outlined below.

The Draw: The Prize Draw will take place within 48 hours following the closure of the Prize Draw Promotion at midnight 23rd July 2017.

Winner Selection: A winner will be selected under independent supervision using a computer system producing random, verifiable results.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified within 72 hours of the prize draw date via e-mail to the address supplied at when entering the competition. Following that, the winner has 72 hours in which to claim the prize and supply all relevant details. Once all relevant details are supplied the prize will be dispatched within 7 working days. If the prize is not claimed within the 72 hour window, then the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner in accordance with these rules.

General Points: No cash alternative is available in whole or in part except, in the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prize alternatives of equal or greater value or replace the prize with an alternative for the equivalent value of specified prize. The Promoter will not be liable for any cancellations, alterations or modifications to the promotion as detailed above or the prize for any reason which falls outside of its reasonable control. The Prize cannot be sold or transferred. The prize will be delivered direct to the winner.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries, the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement, and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms & conditions, or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements, or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion, or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms & conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

Full name of the winner will be available on request for a period of 3 months following the closing date of the Prize Draw by sending a self-addressed envelope to: Simon Jennings, Formula One Autocentres, Boulton Road, Stevenage SG1 4QX. By participating in the Promotion you agree to your data being handled in this manner. Your data will not be used for any other purpose unless you have given express permission.

The Promoter's decision is final regarding the selection of winners and no correspondence in respect thereof will be entered into.

Entries that do not comply with these terms & conditions, or where entrants are found to be abusing the promotion in any way, will result in the disqualification of all relevant entries.

Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
