  • I had a problem after leaving the Centre when an error report came up on the cars info system and the engine management warning light came on. I went back and the manager took the car back in and hooked it up to the diagnostic system identified the error code and reset the system. This cleared the problem but they took the car out and road tested it. All was well and the warning message and engine light stayed off. He told me that I must get in touch should the problem reoccur and they would investigate further. I felt reassured and valued as a customer. The staff were polite professional and courteous.   • My only complaint is that my audi tt is still showing it needs a service on the dash. I was told this would be reset. I haven't had the chance to take it in to get this done yet.
