Fantasic customer service, I needed a new spare tyre but they didn't have the one I wanted in stock, a very friendly and helpful member of staff looked up the tyre for me and price, then adviced me if I ordered the tyre myself on line I would make a saving on the price. I left my tyre with them and all my details, went home and ordered the tyre, three days later I received a telephone call saying my tyre had been fitted and ready for collection. Fantasic customer service, I needed a new spare tyre but they didn't have the one I wanted in stock, a very friendly and helpful member of staff looked up the tyre for me and price, then adviced me if I ordered the tyre myself on line I would make a saving on the price. I left my tyre with them and all my details, went home and ordered the tyre, three days later I received a telephone call saying my tyre had been fitted and ready for collection. Fantasic customer service, I needed a new spare tyre but they didn't have the one I wanted in stock, a very friendly and helpful member of staff looked up the tyre for me and price, then adviced me if I ordered the tyre myself on line I would make a saving on the price. I left my tyre with them and all my details, went home and ordered the tyre, three days later I received a telephone call saying my tyre had been fitted and ready for collection.
