Great first experience with F1 Bulwell. Failed its MOT due to brake discs/pads but the staff went out of their way to fit the replacement in on the same day and get the MOT re-tested even though they were already busy/full. Slight minor issue when the car was returned (something catching on the wheel) but was resolved quickly and politely. Great customer service from the team. big thank you to gerald macandrew and his team at black heath branch ordered my tyres online and took advantage on the wheel alighment offer online f1 acs also matched the price of a competitor . Arrived at 8.30 am and car was done by 9.15.All staff where polite and very helpful and prepared to answer any queries i had indepth . think the guys there deserve a more modern building if anything has the current location is a bit outdated now . totally recommend them and have used them before and will use them again many thanks david , Blackheath

The local centre always seems busy but the manager and staff find the time to be courteous, cheerful and "on the ball". Spending money on tyres, exhausts, MOTs etc is never fun but somehow I don't seem to mind when its via F1. It's quick, easy and usually at a very good price Chris , Nottingham 1 (Lenton)

I have been using Formula One for over 8 years since moving here to Nottingham. I have found that any doubts and negative rumours about these type of car maintenance places are a rip off and do sub standard work are quashed instantly from the moment my car entered their garage. The garage called me the day before to confirm my booking and even managed to get me in 30 minutes earlier. :-) I turned up about 5 minutes before my booking and had my car back from an MOT less than 40 minutes later. They even topped up my screen was and charged £20 for the MOT - great price. A female mechanic completed the MOT and she was extremely helpful and professional. I thought I had a similar problem before with an car at the Southend branch but that it was much cheaper. The Assistant Manager was very helpful and phoned the branch to see why it was cheaper, it turned out to be a different problem that I'd had and he explained why. Great service thank you. The team at Formula One in Hertford were complete lifesavers. I'd been let down by another tyre replacement company at the last minute and was in desperate need for all four of my tyres to be replaced. I called the centre ahead of time and found the manager to be extremely helpful. Not only did I manage to get better tyres for my money, I actually managed to get them replaced hassle free! - Payment must be received before goods are dispatched. Title to goods remains with Formula One Autocentres Ltd until paid for in full, responsibility for goods passes on delivery.
- In the event that Formula One Autocentres Ltd is unable to fulfil the order, it will be entitled to cancel the order. In such instances any liability will be limited to refunding the customer for all payments received.
- Goods will be delivered to either the address provided by the customer or to the fitting station selected by the customer.
- In the case of mail order, goods will be dispatched within 2 whole working days. However, during seasonal holidays, the dispatch period is likely to be longer. We shall endeavour to ensure that the goods arrive as soon as is feasibly possible.
- In the case of fitting tyres and tyre related products this can only take place after 2 whole working days from order or longer, as specified by the customer at the time of order.
- The order confirmation sets out the basis upon which Formula One Autocentres Ltd agrees to accept an order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the order confirmation corresponds with the customers own expectations. Any discrepancy should be reported immediately to Formula One Autocentres Ltd.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide adequate information for the carrier to find the address and complete delivery. The customer agrees to indemnify Formula One Autocentres Ltd against any costs that it may incur as a result of non-delivery as a result of inaccurate or inadequate instructions. In the event of such non-delivery Formula One Autocentres Ltd reserves the right to dispose of the tyres, and seek compensation in respect of any resulting costs or losses.
- Confirmation of delivery from the carrier will be presumed to constitute conclusive proof of delivery.
- Formula One Autocentres Ltd shall not be considered liable in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence or abnormal working conditions (including incorrect track use).
- The parties agree that, in the unlikely event of any defect arising in the tyres, the tyres will be submitted for adjudication by the manufacturer as to the cause of failure and their decision will be final.
- Where the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply, the customer may cancel the contract within seven days of the goods being delivered and receive a full refund, provided that the goods have not been used, and are in the same condition as when supplied. In such instances it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and arrange for the return of the goods, and to keep Formula One Autocentres Ltd indemnified against all such costs.
- In all other circumstances, cancellation will only be accepted at the discretion of Formula One Autocentres Ltd, and subject to payment of all reasonably resulting costs and/or losses.
- Fitting dates are provided for guidance only, and cannot be guaranteed. Formula One Autocentres Ltd cannot be held liable for any delay in fitting. Customers are advised to check directly with the fitting centre.
- Formula One Autocentres Ltd collects personally identifiable information such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail address only when it is voluntarily submitted to us on this website. We may use the information to process orders, improve our level of service, to improve the content of our website, to respond to your requests and for our own internal purposes. Other purposes for which we may use your information may be disclosed to you when you provide your information. We may also provide you with helpful information, product news and updates, notify you of new products and services and seek your views on our products and services.
