This is available to purchase online in your basket when you book your car service – or it can be requested in branch at your local centre.

Fully Synthetic or Specialist Oil Supplement

Synthetic oils for your vehicle are specially manufactured in order to achieve a more consistent, more superior performance for your vehicle. Choosing between a fully synthetic oil or semi synthetic oil can be a difficult decision – especially if you’re unsure what the difference between these oils are. However, our specialist oil supplement from Formula One Autocentres offers benefits that will increase the life of your engine, and reduce fuel consumption.

Due to certain emission systems, your vehicle may require a more specialist engine oil, like a fully synthetic or low SAPS (long life). These engine oils have various additives to help protect your engine, aid low emissions and assist with longer service intervals.

What oil does my car need?

If you’re still unsure what oil your vehicle needs, we can help. As we are unable to identify if your vehicle requires this type of engine oil when you book your service online, we recommend you either check your handbook to find out this information, or contact your local centre who will check this for you.

Should your vehicle require a specialist car engine oil, there will then be an additional charge of £20.00, which is payable on the day of your Service appointment.
