Booking online was brilliant, and the customer service at the Ipswich branch was absolutely spot on. I was greeted by the guy at the desk who was professional and friendly. When I returned to collect my car after four new tires, I was then greeted by the same chap who gave exceptional customer service, finished up the transaction, and acknowledged me as I returned to my car. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

Very good and helpful and Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Also the guy on reception was great .
