Great service I’m the director of my company ordered two tyres for the work vehicles ordered on and a time and fitting date was agreed needed another tyre tried to make a advanced payment for both tyres in store . Was tool by the manager only one item can be paid for. Once the next tyre is in stock. I to make a return visit into store and make payment again. For second item . Can you explain why your policies work this way . The manage said I could phone head office and open a Business account. Then we could just place orders as normal no complications. Any reason for this messages it put me right out had to return back this is not the first time this has happened all I was trying to do is make a payment in advance for goods I hadn’t received but willing to make the payment to make my business run smoothly but had to go out the way back to the store to carry on using you as a company .
