I had pre-ordered my tyre and was happy to have it changed but the chap working took extra time to show me the problem and what was happening to cause my tyre to wear out on one side. I really appreciated his approach and I always feel comfortable going to F1 which is important to me as a female customer. Will definitely go again, already recommended it.

Staff are welcoming and helpful and in particular the West Indian guy on the desk this was our third visit in 6 months unfortunately but every time the guy was great and helpful
