I booked in without looking at reviews as it was just for a puncture repair. Despite not having booked my car in properly the assistant that helped me was great and gave me a slot later that day but said if they could fit in earlier they would. They did and called me when ready. I decided that evening to look at prices for MOT, service etc for the future and that’s when I saw less than positive feedback. My experience was 5* for price and service.
